WHAT DOES "MICRO ATX" MEAN?

What it sounds like, a smaller form of ATX. Micro ATX is usually used in OEM computers, and the cases usually don't have room for proper cooling.
 
so technically and hardwarewise (on mobo) theres no difference between micro atx and normal atx?

I'm pretty sure you've read my reply to your other post, but I'll say it anyway. A micro ATX mobo is a lot smaller than ATX, so you'll have less room for PCI slots and the like.
 
Micro ATX - No upgrading allowed
Micro ATX - No Future
Micro ATX - Not worth looking at

Had Gigabyte Micro ATX in my first computer, the disadvantages are as follows:

No AGP port
Only 3 x PCI
No O/C Allowed
Need I Go On?
