2100B sucks at fsb?

why on earth would a 2100 AIUHB not be able to do 166 at 1.7 vcore and 10x multi? I know for sure my board can do it, I had my paly in it at 180x9.5 @ 1.7. Any guesses about why it wont do 166?

Sucky board?

My GA-7VRX is unstable at 166FSB, even though the RAM will do 200+.

nope, I've had it to 190 with my 1900 paly AGOGA

Mine is stable at 200 fsb.

Maybe it's a bad PSU ?
And are you sure the multiplier is set to 10X and doesn't set back to 13X default ?

Could be the PSU not giving out enough juice.. check your rails..

all the rails are fine with a multimeter except the 5v every now and then.

I'm going to try the 350w I had before and see if it works.

1 hit 166 with my vagaxp at 1.68 volts... Try a little more juice

I am getting a new PSU. I can't get over 1750 on any proc I own, so it is the proc. and I think it is defaulting to 13x. I thought the Bs were unlocked already.

that's the thing, I had these ram sticks (2x256 samsung, one ctl, one dtc) up to 180 on default vcore. I have the same settings as before too. I am 99.99999999% positive it's my PSU, I'll let you all know when I get my Sparkle 350.
