what program should I use? I have searched, and I found nothing. I am using a ti4600 vivo.

I have a VIVO card too.
Can I watch TV by connecting "it" thru the Video-In connector?

Can someone explain plz?

how do you actually watch it? I got the capture, and the still capture, but not the realtime no capture play.

I'm watching sportcenter with it right now. Just open the window on your desktop, select the correct input feed in the setup and it should work. If it's not, try reinstalling your wdm drivers.
