help with settings please

ram corsair pc3200 C2 xms
bios settings on auto read
sdram cas latency 2.0
sdram cas delay 2t
sdram precharge time 2t
active precharge delay 5t
bank auto but has 4 and 8 I can change to
1:1 and auto its on auto now

what should I set them to so that my ram runs at its best?

I leave mine on auto and decrease my multiplyer and increase my FSB,that seems to speed my mem up with out shutting my puter down. 185FSB,10.5 multi,= 347 DDr bus speed.
