First of all you need a better PSU ( read my thread Problem!!). Than all you have to do is to raise FSB in BIOS in 5 Mhz steeps ( be careful for temps, you shouldnt get over 55C full load ). Also take care of ram speed. When you reach the maximum speed on default Vcore try to raise it a little ( never above 1.65-1.7V ). Good luck!!!
CPU: Core 2 Quad 9550@3.8 Ghz
    Motherboard: Gigabyte EP45-DS3P
    Ram: 4GB Mushkin DDR2, 1000 Mhz
    HDD: OCZ Vertex 2 60 GB, 2*WD 160 GB, Raid 0
    VGA: Gigabyte Radeon 5870, 1Gb.
    Cooling: Watercooled!
