Sorry to the high rez people on the web board, but I run
1920X1440 on my 24" and I've been yelled at about my
HIGH REZ screen caps, so I sized this down a little.

But yes, this is a DFI Canterwood, running at 280X12!!

Can you belive it?!?!

I'm thinking about buying another one! LOL

Nice OC there Eric - where did you get that board and what does it cost if I may ask?

Wow, sweet Raven. Just be carefull if you buy another heh. I got a bum chip, so I rma'ed but myne was chipped on the green pcb below the metal heat spreader, I belive that caused the damn processor not to even be stable @ 2.4Ghz Stock

Not bad! With some better ram you could run 2-5-2-2 easily as opposed to the 7 you got now, shouldn't be a problem under 400Mhz.

Honestly, I probably could do 2-5-2-2. I just forgot that I had
this set there from when I was shooting for 300FSB.

I still hope to hit 300, but the one drawback to this board is
that the memory voltage only goes to 2.7 tops. R&D said that
there is not enough voltage available, that later versions they
would have to change the layout of the board to give it more
power.

I'll update if I can get any futher.

You can get this mobo from New Egg for only $200.
The SATA RAID & True PATA RAID plus all the other bells and
whistles like Gigabit NIC and such.

At first I was very unhappy with the board, but once DFI got their
BIOS straighted out, this thing is ROCkING!

I'm hoping to do some more testing on these DFI Lan Party board!

Oh, and for those of you who aren't familiar with DFI, they have
previously been at about the same level, or a little better then
ECS. They admitted to me that this was their true Enthusiast
Board.

I'm happy with mine!

Yikes $200 - that's more than I paid for my P4C800 dlx. I had the impression this was an economically priced board. Some of them are going for $120 now, and the springdales are probably lower than that.
