I tried to keep the power supply cables nice and neat but i'm going to put in a window so i wanted to clean up the rest of teh cables. I tried folding tehm but it really wasnt effective. Does any one have any suggestions of what i could do to clean it up?

Wire wraps and tuck them as much as you can behind the drive bays

You have absolutely no pity for the 56k users, do you?

I'm glad I have DSL. You might also try running some cables behind the motherboard... such as the IDE cables to the CD-ROM drives.

Honestly im really sorry about the pictures its a new camera and i dont know how to turn the resolution down, i guess ill have to read that in the manual
But if any of you need images that large hosted its no problem. (1.5MB and larger)

you can get rounded ide cable or round them yourself.
get some loom for those cables beside teh mobo then you will be ready for a window
