How can RAM not be dual channel capable for nForce2?

1. What does "dual channel capable" mean?

2. Is PC2100 at 208 FSB better than PC2700 at 207 FSB?

A 2. If all you want to do is go 45mph, a 1984 Escort is just as effective as a 2003 Porsche 911. However, the Porsche has the higher top-end.
 
OK. You're saying every PC2700 will go higher than 208 FSB on my setup? T/F?

The PC2700 I'm asking about is specifically said not to be "dual channel capable". What does that mean?

More to the point, I'm glad you brought the Porsche comparison.
See my setup below, if I spend $100 for better RAM, I could get, what, 10 extra FSB?
Help me understand why you think Escort-Porsche comparison applies to my setup if it's obvious I can't get more than approximately 10 extra FSB out of it...
