Heres a pic of my second attempt at watercooling.
My temps are: Ambient room temp average - 32c
MBM5 sensor reading full load - 45c
MBM5 sensor reading idle - 40c
Mines a AXDA1700DLT3C 9504547280072
JIUHB 0319VPMW running at 2133Mhz (stable) with a vcore of 1.65v (175x12)

the fan you see on the shroud is a Vantec stealth 120mm.

Could I be getting better temps with these specs?

40 - 45 C ! on H20 ???????? @ 1.65v !

Better check that the block is seated properly

AS3?

Seems high for H20.

Even my cr*py open chas 370 block gets 38C load.
32C idle & 3/8" tubes.

Your temps are FINE. Your ambient temps are very hot 32C, and no boards read temps 100% accurate anyway. Seems you have decent temps to me. If the machine is stable, that is all that matters...

System temp of 32C.
CPU of 40 - 45 C.

Yes. I'd have to agree with nik.
Drop your room temp (4C) & you should see a CPU temp drop.

Try aiming a fan at the cpu to see if that changes any temps.

just a thought & my .02.

You're using a Vantec Stealth? They run at low rpm's from what i know, like 2000.. You should try a faster fan, that would probably help cool the radiator better and give you lower temps.

Many people get the mistaken idea that water cooling is a miracle cure for high temps.
This is wrong :)

As said above, the really critical info is the ambient temp and cpu temp:
Ambient: 32c
Cpu : 45c
Difference: 13c

Which is not bad. Not a record breaker either, but not bad at all.

My main system does about the same and my portable.....well, ambients are too high to have it running right now :(
That thing is so crammed in it would be close to 50c I think, lol.

Edit: your system looks good BTW, man. Only thing I can think of that might help temps a bit is to see if you can shorten any of those hoses by re-routing them. May not make any difference as they are not real long anyway, but that all I can see :)
