Problem with Sapphire Radeon 9500 Atlantis from Allstarshop

Did anybody else order the Sapphire Radeon 9500 Atlantis from Allstarshop? I can't get my to run games. I have tried everything imaginable. Just curious if any one else has had problems with these on an AMD. I have discussed my system and problems in this thread.
