What's The Difference Between Pro & Non-Pro?

Also, is the 9800 worth it or should I save a few buck's?

I know these question's keep going back and forth, but I've done so much reading and looking between site's about Nvidia and ATI that my mind is not thinking right anymore.

Being a nice guy, I'll anwser you anyway. Pro have higher clock speeds and normally lower latency ram than non-Pro cards.
