I got a retail Club3d R9700np at 275/270 and have the following problem with it.
It never boots up correctly from a cold/initial boot.
On my monitor (Iyama A701GT) it shows frequency on the OSD like 28 Hz or 130Hz with 640x480 and the screen has funky colors with a grid like the old "digger" game.
On a Samsung Syncmaster 151S it only shows the message: "Video mode not supported".
After several times powering up it eventually shows a good screen and continues to do so if I keep booting up after that.
Curious: Anyone else has had this?
(As I had a 9500 ->9700 at 358/337 in it before this one I know it's the card.)
