Here i will do a pictorial of some of the case modding for my new project themed the beast ( dragon ) but it will be a work in progress over the next month or 2 .

i have started most of it and have all the parts minus the super secret waterblock and NB block but other than that the last phase is what will hold me up ( a semi detailed kanji to cut while the inlaws are visiting)

i will reserve about 10 posts to post just pics since there is a limit per post of i think 4

Inside the 3.5 inch bays in front of the hard drives and under the floppy drive . 3 speed selectable not controlled by fanbus as these are very very quiet 5cm fans that i superglued together and used 2x 2.5mm thick aluminum flat peices to make them fit perfect

first stage of case painting finished. case primered and first coat of bronze black on. Now it needs to be sanded and a second coat applied.
sorry this is taking so long but its really bad weather for painting in japan caus its typhoon season here and very windy and hot and humid =(

DOH host is to slow so will have to wait a bit to attach pics

here is the psu after i screwed up painting the front side and a flash of briliance came to me !!!!

how bout mirror finishing it=)

so here it is at 800 grit. havent got any 1000 1200 or 1400 or 1600 atm so ill have to buy some later (like in a couple weeks since im out of money )
i have plenty of 400 600 800 though to work on my case =)

NOTE you can start to see reflections in it at only 800 grit

my uber powerstrip mod!!!!!! i came up with this idea 3 years ago but never got around to it till now

here is the psu after 1200 grit (smallest grit i had so still have to pick up some 1400 and 1600 before i do the dremel buffing. notice you can almost read cathars info on the yellow paper =) and the reflection is not bad on the tape measure also . lol now i bet you all will stare at the pic to see how much of his address you can read

Also, the limit for pictures is 6, and that include emoticons. I found that out over alot of posts on my journal.

Very inspirational! I love the mosfet sinks, very unique setup. I'm really curious as to what the whole thing looks like in the end. You have obviously put a lot of time planning the entire setup, I hope you are satisfied with the final results.

To my knowledge...that relay you are going to use isn't grounded....I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure that's the one...I think :/

But once you get those reserve's filled up it's going to look awesome

you are correct there is no lead from the ground connection on the card.
