Good place to buy a 9800np with fast RAM?

Does anyone know which retailers I might have a decent chance at getting the 2.8ns RAM on the 9800np? I know that RAM is kind of rare. Also, if anyone has the 9800np with the good RAM, where did you get it?

dont know but from what Ive heard, even 3.3 ram allows you to overclock to pro speeds
