dell laptop

anyone have any idea if you can boot a dell laptop without opening the lid? is a docking bay the only way to do that?

you can do it!

well man it's realy difficult but in the power option you can say when u close the lid do nothing. When you've done it u can switch the com and after you boot u can close the lid and machine won't shutdown. But straightly booting closing the lid is not sure. Even in TOSHIBA htere is no option but u can play audio and mp3 with the external buttons without switching the computer. But u can do waht I've suggest you. Need any help pls let me know.
