help b4 my poor duron fries

my ASUS A7V's voltage have some problems.......
i just keeps sending 1.888volts to my duron 750 o/c to 850 for some reason
i tried to lower it but the thng didn't listen

the comp is at 61 C loaded and 53-57 idle
plz help fast
 
thats not very bad, it even can be good if you'll get a decent colling,
you could overclock the chip to 1ghz at 1.88
 
Did you unlock the L7 bridge(I think its the 2nd from bottom one)? If this is unlocked, you'll get a constant voltage of 1.85, which usually reads a little higher than what its set to. If you bought a pre-tested chip(shame on you), this bridge is probably unlocked. At least it was on th epre-tested chip I bought(shame on me). If you want to unlock it, just take a little nail polish remover or rubbing alchol to it, that should clean off graphite or conductive pen gunk.
