After crushing one core im terrified of removing the new heatsink question is there anyway to tell which core it is without removing i remember the L1 bridges came connected is this a clue? The last 1.2 I bought from my computer store was a AXIA so i figured that was what they carry. Oh yea when your overclocking do you need to change sys registry or config sys to prevent errors while loading window ME?

AFAIK, all the 1.2gs & above have their L1 bridges connected.

Not all of them come unlocked. I had to unlock my 1.2 TBird.

if it's a 1.33 it's likely to be an axia. as far as changing your registry or anything.. nope, you don't have to do it. the only time you might have anything to do with the registry because of oc'ing your cpu is because it's unstable and you're getting registry errors.
