Operating Temps for Athlon 900?????Please advise...

I have a MSI Pro 2 MB with a 900 Athlon CPU (This is not overclocked), 20Gb HD 7200, Voodoo 5 5500. .
What are the operating parameters for the CPU?

With my case opsen and an external fan blowing into the case, during the summer months I am running at 40 to 49C.

Is this OK?

I don't know what your computer room temp is, but that seems high for a non-overclocked 900 Tbird. What heatsink are your running?

Consider an HSF with a little more starch in it. The GlobalWin CAK38 is a good choice as well as the new Taisol CGK760092 (or something like that), but with a heftier fan than stock. Choices abound, shop around for something that runs in the .25c/w or less.
