The 9500 mod worked. Now about these 3dmark scores?

With the 9500 stock I got around 11000 3dmarks in 2k1. With it modded to a 9700 I am getting around 14000. Is this normal, or does this seem low to you? With my TI4200 I was getting over 12000 OC'ed a bit. In 3dmark 2k3 I got nearly 5000 3dmarks. Now I didnt try that one without the mod, but with the TI4200 I only recieved around 1500 3dmarks with it. My comp setup is in my sig.

Thanks. I have thought about raising the fsb, but really need to get some better memory if I am going to see any really big gains in that department.

The 9700Pro has a clock speed of 325 core and 620 (310 DDR) memory. The 9700non-pro has a clock speed of 275 core and 540 (270 DDR) memory.

Just softmodding the 9500np alone will give you a 9700 non-pro by default. You have to overclock it a bit to hit 9700 Pro specs. Most of the 9500np's that softmodded successfully were able to get to around 351mhz core speed, some higher and some lower. I got a really lucky GPU (385 on stock voltage with better heatsink) but got uber-shoddy memory (297 stock voltage no matter what I did).

The rig in my signature is pulling a 16,500 in 3DMark01 and a 5600 in 3DMark03 with the exact specs that are in my sig. I'm still working on the voltmods and hope to have almost 6,000 in 3DMark03 after beating it some more :D
