Ok, lets see.

Overclocking P4's- 1 point.
Northbridge cooling mod (actually I've changed to NB cooler on my IC7 twice, heh)- 1 point.
Voltage regulator cooling mod- 1 point.
Case cooling mod (blowholes, custom fan mountings)- 1 point

That makes me a GREEN belt. What can I say, I arrived late in the game (no chance to overclock anything older) :p

I also saw a few people claim southbridge cooling as an extra point? I've done that. I've also made my own hard drive silencer :)

My next build should get me a few more points, I have plans, plans I tell you!

Intel Pentium Classic to MMX
AMD K5-K6
PPro, Itanium and x86 server hardware.
Intel PII
Intel PIII
Intel PIV
AMD Athlon/Duron to Thunderbird.
AMD Athlon XP to Barton.
Northbridge cooling mod.
Motherboard volt mod.
Homebrew water block = VRMS block for a PC-DL
Pin mods or wire tricking.
Case cooling
Dually overclock = AMD and Intel
Laptop overclock = pin mod

so i guess that is a Black for me

Athlon Slot A: Can't remeber exact OC. I'll update when I find it.
Barton XP: 2.2GHz - 2.43Ghz
Intel 650: 3.4Ghz - 3.7Ghz
6800GT - stock hs to v-1
- modded ramsink
- modded bios with 1.4v mod
- OC to 472/1250
X-Superalien Case - modded front grill to show lighted fans
Generic PSU - Replaced fans and grills

I realize that some of the listed stuff doesn't count for points so I'm gonna give myself a brown belt and call it a day.

P.S. - Feel free to demote me as needed.:)

Why the heck not :)

K6-2, a while ago, I forgot the speeds
Tualatin Celeron 1.2 @ 1.6
X5DAE, Xeon 1.8 @ 2.4 (x86 server hardware)
various P4s
various XPs
a DTR A64 @ 2.3
P-M 1.6 @ 2.13

NB cooling- replaced DH800 NB w/ Swifty, required epoxying
Vid card cooling- RAMsinks and a 1u cooler on an X800
Voltage reg cooling- repaired retention, redid thermal stuff on a Supermicro
Pin mods and wire tricking- every one possible on the Xeon platform :)
PSU mods- switched out fan on Fortron 550

Black belt by a hair...

18 points! that's ridiculous, I suck really!

586 - Probably (can't remember)

Intel Pentium Classic to MMX (yeah a few)

MII MMX - going stably at a whopping 55Mhz OC when optimising a freinds word processing only system a few years ago

AMD K6-2 - (the first PC that was actually all mine, and the first time I could tweak something without my dad killing me) 400 - 450 stably
Several other K6-2s played about with since.

Opteron - (my spanking new CPU that is really just a san diego that overclocks better, well hopefully, as I haven't had the time to try yet).

Intel PII ---\
Great big stack of these that were being thrown out by the uni, some work some probably don't, got a P3 667 going pretty fast as an experiment, but now it is running as an extra secure dodgy web page browsing box, so it's back to stock.
Intel PIII ---/

Intel PIV - Stupid Willamette Celeron, does this count?

AMD Athlon/Duron to Thunderbird - my best mate got a Tbird 1400/512MB DDR/GF3 when they were the B****** and I was saying "can we overclock it? can we overclock it? puleeas?"

AMD Athlon XP to Barton - first PC I bought myself, when I had a K7S5A, and got down and dirty with some Vmods and Pinmods and edited my first BIOS (just the logo mind you).

Any non-x86 CPU - helped a freind to overclock his eMac because it was crap and slow, but this was simply using a tutorial.

Northbridge cooling mod
Video Card cooling mod
Voltage reg cooling mod
Motherboard volt mod
Video Card volt mod
Pin mods or wire tricking
Lapping a CPU

surely home made phase change deserves about 8 points on it's own, and people like sandman should be named Grandmasters (anybody who is really good with modding bios code can be Grandmaster Flash)

Well, let me go through the list here.

1. Tried overclocking a 486 DX2-66 to 80, no go though so I don't count it. :D
2. Pentium 166 to 200, Pentium 200MMX to 233
3. K6-300 to 366
4. K6-2+ 400 to 550, K6-3+ to 550
5. P2 300 to 450, P2 400 to 500
6. P3 750 to 840, P3 1.26S to 1712 on 120w peltier, numerous other P3's not mine
7. P4 2.4 to 3300, P4 2.6 to 3100
8. Tbird 1200 to 1400, Duron 600 to 800
9. Numerous Tbreds and Bartons and XPM's overclocked
10. Mobile A64 3000 to 2650, mobile A64 3000 to 2415
11. 3000 Winnie to 2550

13. Added fan to A7N8x Dlx northbridge heatsink.
14. Added a Agilent Arcticooler cpu hsf to a Radeon Le vid card and also flashed bios on that card to regular Radeon 32 DDR.
15. Wiretricked 16 multi's on my A7M266D mobo for the XP-M 2400's to be seen as MP2800s. Also wiretricked higher default vcore on P3 1.26S for cold boot issue with mobo.
16. Modded vdimm voltage on my 9NDA3+ mobo
17. Several blowholes cut in case sides.
18. Almost forgot, a Cyrix M2 PR200 (150 MHz actual) to 200 MHz actual. That was a hot running sucker too. :D

I guess that's enough listed to get me a black belt at least. :D

OK just for the heck of it:
Overclocked:
+1 PowerMac 6100 - 60 to 80 Mhz need I say more
+1 Duron - 600 to 990 MHz my first OC'd rig
+1 XP - Done too many of theses to recall details
+1 Athlon64 - now my wife's rig, 3000+ running at 2.5 GHz
+1 Athlon64 X2 - 3800+ running at 2.5 GHz

Mods:
+1 Northbridge cooling mod - see my work on OC'rs
+1 Video Card cooling mod. - see my work on OC'rs
+1 Voltage reg cooling mod. - see my work on OC'rs
+1 Motherboard volt mod. - volt modded my NF7-s until I got a 2.0 rev
+1 Homebrew water block. - see my work on OC'rs
+1 Pin mods or wire tricking. - Unlocked all my Durons with def repair paint/pencil
+1 Lapping a CPU.- I lapped all my Durons
= 12 pts. = Blackbelt (was there any doubt?)

I didn't count doing the same thing multiple times. Does Overclocking my car from 227 HP (crank) to 340 HP (crank) count?

O

486
p2
Amd athalon k7
p4 - one "b" core chip and one "c" core chip 700mhz oc outta the c chip only 100mhz out of the b chip
p-m - pinmod
oc'd geforce 4, oc'd geforce go 6800 vanillia to allmost ultra speeds... don't know if graphics cards count but i'm using them ;)

I'm claiming 1 extra pt for ocing a laptop and having the same temps and longer battery life before the mod... (laptops are harder cause they have limited cooling solutions)
pinmod laptop cpu in sig
voltmod laptop cpu in sig
+2 also USB LED MOD for laptop using usb power and my own custom fashoned INTERNAL USB PORT for my logitech g7 mouse transmitter...

build custom laptop cooling pad for laptop (external cooling solution) USES A TORNADO and a cell phone charger to power it, also has 2 speed settings and led's built into it also:D

not sure if this counts as a cooling mod but I have added as5 to the heatpipes themselves and put spacers in the screws so I can have tighter contact with the core... same thing done on gpu... plus a failed attempt to voltmod the gpu (atleast the card survived :) ) again I don't know if all this counts but

so i'm will claim 13 but I think I only deserve 11 as led/USB mods aren't really overclocks or cooling solutions... and if graphics cards don't count then I only deserve 10...

1 pt - Overclocked a Pentium MMX
1 pt - Overclocked a Pentium II
1 pt - Overclocked a K6-2+ 533MHz
1 pt - Overclocked a Duron 1.2
1 pt - Overclocked (several) AthlonXP's in Socket A form
1 pt - Currently have an overclocked P4
1 pt - Voltage Reg mods
2 pt - NB Mods (I'm sure I've done more than two...)
1 pt - vDroop mod on my AS8
1 pt - vGPU mod on my 9800 Pro
2 pt - Video Card cooling mod (I'm sure I've done more than two of these as well)
1 pt - Wire trick with AXP on both the NF7-S and DFI Ultra II

Total: 14pts or so, probably a little more. Enough for a black belt! :D

intel 200 -> 233 = 1
P4 1.6 -> 1.8, 2.4 -> 2.7, 3.2 -> 3.5 = 1 (cause same class?,although 1.6 and EE shouldnt be lol)
Northbridge, passive on IC7, gets air from XP-120 = 1
Videocard, lapped Artic cooler = 1
3x120mm blow holes in PC-60 = 1
lapped my EE = 1
Volt Reg cooling, various sinks all over IC-7 = 1
NED 2500(dual layer baby)/3450 firmware hacks = 1

possible :
added heatsink to Linksys wrt54g/modded firmware = 1
PSone LCD on passive(ly modded) 7500 = 1
swapped fans for more airflow in few PSUs = 1

~11, so red

Hrm,
OC'd a PIV Northwood from 2.53 to 2.80 (Crappy producing proc)
Dothan 730 to 2.6 daily on air
Oc'd a dual core (Opty 165 to 2.61)
