We have an old p2 450 machine with 5 scsi drives in it set up for raid.

I tried installing redhat 9 on the machine but it seems to hang on installing the scsi driver. This is pretty much the first screen after ther do you want to check the media screen.

I've tried two different scsi controler cards and neither one made it past this screen.

The computer is a nec express 5800. Its dual processor capable but only has one 450 in it. It previously had windows server 2000 on it.

Anyone know a solution? It doesnt have to be redhat but I would like something geared toward servers since its a practice server rig I'm setting up.
