Windows Task Manager - CPU Usage Red Graph?

The graph showing CPU Usage in the Windows Task Manager has two lines on the same scale, one green and one red. Since there is only one CPU, what is the difference between trhe green and red indicators?

Cool a red graph option Guess I'm going to have to check this out. The single green bar just gets dull after a while. Need something new in that graph hehe.
