hey guys I been reading a review over at andantech saying that the IS7 out performs its canterwood counterpart, IC7. I was wondering has this changed over bios updates? I noticed the article is from June 2003.

Also of these three mobos which would give me the highest fsb, for my 2.4B, IC7(non-g), IS7, P4P800-DX ??

thanks for your help

The differences are within the range of error, so I would not care too much about them. BIOS updates beyond the initial few rarely bring tangible performance improvements.

If you are thinking of a 875 board, consider it for hassle-free PAT enabled operation at 200Mhz FSB or for it's higher-bin selected chips that may mean more overclocking headroom on average compared to 865 boards.

ic7 seems like the best choice non g that is performance and price wise
