mobo help

i'm building a new system with a p4 2.6c and am trying to decide between getting an asus p4c800E or the abit ic7 max3. I was leaning towards the asus, but after reading reviews on sites it seems they favor the ic7 max 3..i'm pretty much lost now..plz help!

both will do good..i recommend p4p800 tho
