I'd try for stability at 166MHz FSB first. Your idle temperatures are the same as mine were with full load, you might want to look into cooling that's a little better in addition to trying a little voltage bump. Doid you read the overclcoking guide?
 
No, I didn't read the guide. But I have read around the internet about OC'ing and stuff like that. I didn't put as much heatsink on CPU core as I should have, thats why its not lower. Normally it was about 32C with the proper amount of heatsink. I just forgot to put a lot on like I should have.
