LCD rez

Thinking about a flat panel for work I have this crappy 15'' Gateway that hurts my eyes and I need replacement, so I am thinking about going flat and need to know what to look for in dot pitch and rez on a 15'' Flat Panel monitor. Not the best but somthing that will look nice and keep me from squinting

Almost all 15" LCD monitors are 1024x768 native resolution. Running out of native resolution on ANY LCD monitor will look funny due to interpolation.
