It should be powerful enough - many use that block, and get good results, with Eheim, and Hydor pumps that are roughly the same as your QuietOne. If you only have a CPU block in your circuit (and no flow restricting GPU or Bridge blocks) then it should perform really well for you :). Regardless it will work, and do the trick.
 
yes, it will be fine. you could add a chipset block and it would still work. The temps may go up a little, but not enough to really make a difference.
