Using two 36GB raptors in RAID 0 on an NF7-S mobo I'm getting a score of-

59866kB/s

Benchmark breakdown scores-

buf. read- 113 MB/s
seq. read- 90 MB/s
random read- 10 MB/s
buf. write- 40 MB/s
seq. write- 87 MB/s
random write- 19 MB/s
Average Access Time- 5ms

I'd like to see some other raptor (raid or not) scores to compare these to

30,721kB/s
buf. read- 88MB/s
seq. read- 45MB/s
random read- 10MB/s
buf. write- 21MB/s
seq. write- 37MB/s
random write- 13MB/s
Average Access Time- 5ms

Single Raptor.

I'm at work right now, but your results look darn close to what I recall getting. I'd say it's working fine.

Very strange,I am running the raid in my signature only ATA 133,
64593
buff. read 106 mbs
seq. read 100 mbs
random read 8 mbs
buff. write 106 mbs
seq. write 94 mbs
random 14
access time 7ms

My setup should be slower than yours in all categories.

That is odd, I would think my 10k RPM drives would beat out any other 7200 RPM RAID set-ups. I is confused!

I have 2 raptors in RAID also. I originally set a 64k stipe and got almost the exact same Sandra score as you. Then I reformatted and set a 16k stripe and now I get around 71,000 in Sandra, but my HDtach scores went way down. Atto still shows between 100-120 mb/s read and write. I think Sandra is unreliable at best.
