my radeon 9700, nonpro does... anything w/ two outputs probably will

EDIT: of course you could buy two cheaper video cards, and windows xp can usually handle that as well, as long as you aren't gaming on one...

Pretty much all of the ATIs with VGA and DVI out will do it.

Some Nvidia card as well, they will normally be listed as dual head.

Oh and the Matrox can do 3 monitors.

I'm running a low end card at the moment, the Radeon 7500, and it supports dual...most cards do.

I believe there are more cards with duel monitor outputs then not these days. Many of them will have 3 monitor outputs if you include the tv-out.
