Wow, am I to believe that you own that beautiful lcd? Very, very nice.

I totally agree that LCD image quality is superior to Plasma also. Most plasmas dont even generate a true HD image. The aspect ratio is weird also.

$4,500

comes with dvi

has a 25ms refresh, 450cd/m^2, and a 600:1 contrast

not too bad when the nearest competitor to it is almost twice its price (samsung 42" lcd for $10,000)

also lcd image quality is superior to all plasma displays

How did you hook that up to your SFF box? The DVI pins don't quite match between video card DVI output and the DVI input of the LCD HDTV inputs.

What model SFF box (looks like a Shuttle) do you have?

i just plugged it in and it works, thats all

could post a link to the pins not matching thing?

might help me get over the refresh @ 75hz issue i've been having, (as in it can't get over 75hz)

thanks for the time

75Hz is a very good time for LCDs. Heck, the fastest desktop LCDs that have 16ms response times are doing 63Hz.

Run your LCD at 60hz. Lcd's do not refresh like crts. Either a pixel is on or it is off. The screen does not constantly refresh like a crt. 60hz is the best for image quality on an lcd. The refresh rate is only there to be compatible with video cards. Turning the refresh rate up too high could result in a distorted image or damage.
