Monitor Problems

I have a Samsung 900IFT. I just set up a KVM switch for it. Now my Windows gaming machine has a shaky screen. The screen moves back and forth. It is very annoying. However, my Linux server does not do this.

If I plug the monitor back in to my Gaming Machine it works fine. Is it something with the KVM switch? Could it be trying to split my monitors signal too much?
