    What's the point of all this folding-erhm nonsense

    Rather than you Google to get the same answer, I think I'll just ask everyone here. What is folding, and why do you do it?

    It's a good way of getting your money's worth out of your computer. There are other distrubuted computing programs, but hey, you paid all that money for the computer, why not make it useful and help out research for a good cause
