Best Slot-1 Setup for Compaq ML350 server?
The fastest chip my 1st gen Compaq ML350 server can "officially"
handle is 2 x P3 733Mhz/256K/100MHZ/ 1.65v/SLOT 1 Processors.
I currently only have a single 600Mhz P3 in there, and plan on upgrading. I haven't followed the Intel chips near the Ghz range, so my question is: What would be the best dual-chip setup for this machine? From what I can see, it can only do a max of 100mhz FSB.
Also, if slotkets will work, so any of these have any mounting holes I can mount a waterblock to?
I'm guessing the 800Mhz Slot 1 might be the highest I can go with, unless some faster slotket setup will work (with SMP)
