Whats a safe overvolt limit for the GF4 MX440?

Funny stuff starts happening to my screen when the memory is up aboce 365, and I wonder if she needs more juice to reach those levels.

Im absolutely sure voltage is not an issue here.
having had an mx440 with the mem up to 550 without a voltage mod.

Video card memory is just like system memory,some just cant go higher than others.

is the GF4 MX440 and "SE" model
mine couldnt get past 380mhz 100% stable
switched the bios to a normal GF4 MX440 and ive now got my memory up to 500mhz!!!!! was running hot at the speed so i added geforce3 memory heatsinks

waw nice overclock i had the geoforce 4 mx440 se serie flashed the bios with normal gf4 but it still can go higher than 230-333 stable
