tv card and 5900u help please

i got a hauppauge pvr 250 tv card and every time i install the driver i get a error 10 anyone have any ideas please it also when the driver is installed my resolution goes back to to 800 x 600 and i can not change it back untill i uninstall the tv card drivers

idid get the latest tv card drivers it did not help
i also tried to switch pci slot still did not work


my system
xp pro (yes its up to date)
pny 5900u (latest drivers installed)
1024 pc 3200
asus p4c800 (latest bios)

hmmmm code 10 means to uninstall and reinstall but i suppose u have done that 10 times already! hehe.

I have a radeon tv wonder and an fx5600u and they work fine together.
