This a decent purchase?

I'm thinking about getting a decent, quiet (passive cooling) card for backup use while a rma is in progress. I might throw it in a separate budget system later. I like this card, especially the fact it has dvi. The heaviest gaming I'd do on it would be something like Age of Mythology. Best price I found was $49 shipped. What do you think of this deal? Any better alternatives? (I'm not going to spend over $60).

edit - perhaps going with this 9200se would be smarter to aviod driver conflicts?

You're right, I'll look at the 9200's closer.

But I'd prefer a cheaper card.. what about the mx4000? Is that the same/better than the mx440? (I know nothing about nvidia )

Cheapest mx4000 on pricewatch is $58.00. I frankly know nothing about the mx4000 as it came out rather recently, refer to this thread though(which you probably already have since it is right next to yours)
