Overclocking question

I am overclocking a 5700 ultra with powerstrip. I am slowly increasing the core and using 3dmark03 for benching, but how do i know when it is hitting the limit. I have read about glitches showing up. Do they show as mark03 is running or is there another program i should run?

I'm not sure about 3dmark03 but I've never seen them in 3dMark01. If I go too high, 3dMark just crashes on me. I would just run whatever games you would normally play after benching it for a bit so it is already warmed up as an added test for stability. If you suffer any lockups, crashes, or artifacts then back down a bit.

When I was overclocking, 3dMark2001 would run perfectly but when I went into Halo, there were artifacts galore.

Memory overclock will likely give triangles and flashes, gpu overclock will likely cause lockup, mainly on dragothic.
