Wow! Those reviews are awesome! Very, very thorough. They use an artificial load simuator to get accurate load results. They measure the effciency of the PSU, the noise, the stability of the rails, and they even put it in an empty case with a 60/100 watt lightbulb to ensure it's tested at conditions that it'd see in a real system.

Those are some really in depth reviews. I just hope they add more PSU's to the list like a 530 watt forton or the PC Power and Cooling 510 deluxe.
