if i finding my max overclock speed is this is any way damaging my card? and what does it mean when ati tool is doing a heat test?

Nah I doubt it.

As long as you download the newest version you shouldn't have a problem.

how are u finding maximum freq's? i thought the only way was to benchmark after small overclocks till u start to see artifacts or shredding.. then drop it back so its stable.

I just bought a Sapphier 9800pro 128mb 256bit and I suspect it has a r360 core.
However, ATITool states it is r350.

Could ATITool be wrong?
