There are worse than that. I have had quite a few .001 and a couple .000. I think I heard that Kris had a Negative AR.

i had encountered more than a couple 0.0xx-0.00x AR lately!!

the lowest i've seen is 0.002... just hoping my next one won't be like that again.........

Lowest AR I remember: 0.001
Lowest AR according to SETISpy: -1.000 (though they had low completion times.... can't be right...)

I think it stands for angle range...basically its the telescope angle that the signal was recorded at..the higher the better.
