Network bugging every ten minutes

Hi, this weekend my last summer vacation weekennd, me and my friend would do a small lan(me and him)at his house. So, i bring my switch : http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProd...=&Section_Id=201487&pcount=&Product_Id=113457, it works at first but it sometimes bugs and the connection starts and we have to restart it. Strangely, it happens every time I refresh the server list in counter-strike.
Help me out with this please.

Looks like an okay switch.. if it's giving you problems like that, you'll want to talk to Belkin about it.. that's not normal.

When you refresh servers, your computer will go and ping all of them, and ask them for information. The switch should be able to handle any number of packets, but apparently it doesn't like a large number of tiny packets.
