I smell a sticky coming.
I'll post my max on Tictac's Beta4 Turbo. 236*11 at 1.875V at 3-2-2-10 w/ 1 gig of OCZ pc3500 EB PE.
I'm just about to flash to the 4x4 BIOS and I'll post my results with that pretty soon.

Please keep the results coming. Your results dictate how my BIOS are organized, so that the very best BIOS are in the right catagory.

Awsome.

When I get down to university next week I'll start doing some crazy testing with all the bioses you have avaliable and get you a heap of good results.

Thanks Sent.

Hey Mods - Sticky Please-
Ill PM one later today.

Also dont plz dont forget to post your current BIOS, and stable speeds / timings. The more records we have the better.

I have a way of sensing these sorts of things, no need to PM me :D

another sticky vote here. this bios is uber. I am having great results w/ this, but then again, im using hynix, i was never able to boot above 255, but with 260 currently, im almost stable.

good idea this vault Sen.

for those with 2X512 in dual channel, try one of the merlin's bios that has "Fire" in it, i think it has potential...

//D25 ver. 2.0.06C 3.19 Bpl Romsip Fire 23.08.2004
2X512 CorsairXLPro (not sure if it has samsung chips or not, haven't removed the heatspreaders), in dual channel (slots 1&2 - the farthest from the cpu)
mltplr x10, mem timings 2-2-2-11, 2.9v
fsb 235 sandra scores 3560 3321
fsb 230 sandra scores 3481 3254
fsb 227 sandra scores 3445 3215
fsb 225 sandra scores 3418 3195
fsb 220 sandra scores 3333 3109
fsb 215 sandra scores 3250 3031
fsb 214 sandra scores 3241 3024

as for single channel, high latency, here is my old favorite edc18 made by trats (this one has cpc on):

//d24_4227_edc18
1X512 adata 4200, single channel, (either slot 1 or slot 3)
mltplr x8, mem timings 3-3-4-11, 2.9v
fsb 263 sandra scores: 3807, 3371
fsb 260 sandra scores: 3731, 3270
fsb 250 sandra scores: 3592, 3167
fsb 240 sandra scores: 3464, 3066
fsb 230 sandra scores: 3308, 2931
fsb 220 sandra scores: 3159, 2799

edit:the m/b is the one with blue slots :p

Sen, i think it might be a good idea to separate the results by memory modules size as well. a bios that works miracles with, say 2x256, could do nothing or even drop fsb for 2x512. single channel 512 is a different story altogether... believe me, i've tested plenty of them :p

Agreed, module size is listed in the results. On a seperate note, could I get a copy of that "Fire" version of D25?

Thnx as always bro

thank you man, for taking the time... i am sure there's lot's of ppl who'd appreciate it.

here they are:

2006

2006c

the romsips are optimized for 512MB memory modules by HeIIfire. not sure how that will work with 2x256...

there's a newer version of Merlin's bioses, v3. i don't have those ones yet but here's the link to the post:

http://forums.pcper.com/showthread.php?t=346737

as for memory modules size, i ment more like separate tables. some ppl would just go by the highest fsb without consideration of the size... parting the tables might save lots of explaining in the future.

for example, edc18 is great in single channel with my adata. i remember recommending adata to someone (no names :p) and they actually went and got 2x512 set. and that particular setup wasn't all that good with the bioses that were availiable at the time... untill i tried it myself, i had no idea.

Well I figured that it will show as the various modules OC better than others, by showing a ranking in FSB. Thnx for the BIOS tho. Your advice is always appreciated mcoleg

glad to be of some help :)

are you sure the adata i have is Hynix CTD50? i had no idea... :p
