I would like to mount some ram sinks on my video card and i don't have enough money for the adhesive so i was wondering if i could like put some super glue in with the thermal grease or a very small bit of epoxy?

The usual solution for cases like this is to put the thermal grease on very thin (like you normally would), and put a tiny dab of super glue on each corner to mount the heatsinks.

Agreed. :)
I just did this very mod to my 9500np and it made a very
noticable difference. No need to glue all four corners, two opposites will do.

Here is how it goes:

1] Place a small piece of tape across two opposite corners on the
contact surface of the sink.

2] Spread a THIN layer of your favorite thermal paste across the surface.

3] Being very careful not to disturb your thermal paste, peel off the tape
& place a SMALL dab of Super Glue on the two bare corners.

4] Place the sink onto the memory chip and hold firmly for two minutes.

You may not want to use Super Glue. Any adhesive should do. It's just
that Super Glue dries very quickly.
Be especially careful to avoid getting the thermal paste
on the card if you are using an electrically conductive thermal
paste like Silver.
