Urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Theres only 89.3 mbs on my c drive and i hav a downloader.keenival.e in my Common files folder and when i run avg it says it CaNt remove AND there was a b and c keenival that was removed ! I dont no wat to do im trying to find the DONT IGNORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1


heres path i dont no if i should just delet file:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\UPDMGR\UPDMGR.EXE Downloader.Keenval.E

Have u restarted in safe mode ( holding F8 when rebooting) and then use AVG? That will do it.

Or if that's the only remaining file that is infected, you can just find it and delete it (in safe mode as mentioned), that should get rid of the virus.

That being said have you also done a full spy/adware check?

Does spy ware take up memorey I have like 512 memory missing. anyone no a good spywear remover? Last time I did a spy ware check on my computer it screwd it up.

adaware, and spybot-search and distroy are the best.
