    Simpletech PC3200 tiny BGA chips?

I was in Sam's club and just happened to see they had about 40 pieces of this 512 meg pc3200 memory. I started looking through it to see the chips through the packaging to see if I could get lucky. 37 of them were the same chips(something generic). 3 packages were different with tiny bga chips on them.

Does anyone but kingmax make tiny bga?

Has anyone checked out these sticks to see what they will do?

    Thanks
    John

Micron also manufactures TBGA chips. In fact the majority of Kingmax modules that use TBGA are using Micron.
