according to http://pub.lorenz.bei.t-online.de/winbondlist.htm it's supposed to have bh5.

I'd be careful, their Reseller Rating is not good at all and it appears that they use a lot of bait and switch tactics, judging from their reviews.

That does not look good, 4.04 lifetime rating, so this could be gabbage staff!!!

If you're looking for low timings on cheap memory newegg.com has this seem like everyone that has used it likes it and at 2-3-2-5-T1 it hard to beat for the price.

I showed that to my dad today, and he went ahead and ordered it. Free upgrade for me, I'll be getting a stick of Mushkin Level 1 PC3500 256mb for free. But, I'll let you know how that stuff runs at stock speeds if anyone wants (he doesn't overclock.)
