another help me decide

I'll make this short and sweet.I'm going with a socket 754 setup and I want a clawhammer for the added cache.
which cpu?3200+dtr,[email protected],or 3400+retail
which mobo?chaintech vnf 250 or dfi lp ut nf3 250gb
which bolt on heatsink for around 30-40 bucks?
will my fsp400 with 16 amps on the 12v rail be enough or will I need to upgrade it sooner rather than later?

For cpu im not positive.
For the mobo id go with the DFI lanparty ut 250gb
And your psu should be fine for now.
