I dont know if it is a security issue or if somthing is wrong but my Pioneeer DVD rom just ejects DVDs back out. If its the later does anyone know how to fix it?

I dont think its windows, ive "uninstalled" the drive and it still does this. It stays for a sec or two and comes right back out.
