I think my MX 440 was clocked at 320/565 when I got just under 7,000 on 2k1.
It was kinda Cpu and fsb limited though.I think I was running a XP2400 @140x15.

Old MX's? geeze. i remember barely getting 2800 with a 1.4 tbird, 256MB of SDRAM and a Geforce 2MX that was heavily OC'd. Those were the days.
