anything unusual ?
any suggestions ?

Those cas timings are HORRIBLE for DDR400.
Pull some of that ram man, you don't need more than 1GB and I personally do not advise more than 512MB.
What make/model ram?

THe RAM is fine.... those are the standard timings for DDR400.

Now, have you set everything to performance, and turned off AA and AINSO?

3-3-3-8 is what you call standard timings Sen. ?

2-3-3-6 is considered standard for DDR400 nowadays.

I got 70,400 with my system oced, and this was with my 6800GT using the stock GT bios clocks were @ 425/1150,

I think youre stock score of 67,400 is perfectly normal

Cas 3? i hope you have your mem timings set incorrectly in bios. try to run your ram at 2.5-3-3-8. surely your memeory will boot to those timings. cas 3 is horrible for ddr 400
